Terms of service

1. Who we are

GOLDEO is provided by [YOUR BUSINESS NAME], [registered address], company number [NUMBER] ("we"). Contact: [EMAIL].

2. The licence

The one-off licence fee of £20 gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the GOLDEO expert advisor ("the Software") on MetaTrader 5 accounts registered to your licence, up to the live-account limit shown in your client area. You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or modify the Software.

3. Profit share

In addition to the licence fee you agree to pay 50% of the net closed profit generated by the Software on each live account in each calendar month (broker server time), after swap, commission and fees. Losses in one month are not carried forward to later months. The Software runs on live accounts only. We raise a statement at the start of each month; it is payable within 7 days by bank transfer quoting the reference, or by the payment link provided.

4. Metering and enforcement

The Software reports account details (login, broker server, balance, equity) and its own closed trades to our licence server so we can calculate the profit share. If a statement is unpaid after its due date, or the Software cannot reach the licence server for 12 hours, it will stop opening new trades; existing positions continue to be managed. We may suspend or halt the Software, including closing its positions, where we reasonably believe it is necessary (for example, a defect or abnormal market conditions), and will tell you why.

5. No advice, no guarantee

The Software is a tool. We do not provide investment advice, manage your account or hold your funds. You decide whether, where and with how much to use it. We make no promise of profit. See the risk disclosure.

6. Liability

7. Ending the licence

You may stop using the Software at any time; profit share remains payable for trading up to that point. We may end your licence if you breach these terms, including non-payment.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
